Hello! My name is Anja Tulpa-Posch and I am a certified business coach.  

 

I am originally Austrian, but have been living abroad with my family for about 10 years: Spain, Germany and the Czech Republic. After about 15 years in marketing, after long deliberations and an equally long search, I changed my career direction in 2019 and completed my Business Coaching and Team & Group Coach Training at the Dr Bock Coaching Academy in Berlin.

 

Since my training as Online Scrum Master I in 2020, agile methods have also influenced my Coaching Sessions.

I have also been working with the LINC Personality Profiler tool since September 2021.   

 

I coach and support people who are looking for change in their careers, be it the search for a new position, the development of leadership skills or personal development. Together we find out in which direction they want to go and what it takes to get there.  

 

I very often hear from my clients that they value my calmness and focus, professionalism, empathy, but also my humor. Coaching is not only work, but also fun! 

 

Since 2020 I mainly coach online -  in English and German. Personal Coachings take place upon request in Czech Republic, Austria or Germany.
