My coaching is ideal for everyone who wants to change their career. Would you like to take on a new role? Or take on management responsibility? Perhaps you are thinking about a professional reorientation? Or do you feel dissatisfied in your current position and would like to evaluate whether your recent job is still the right one?

In a free initial consultation we get to know each other and discuss your topic. We talk about the possible length of the coaching process, the conditions and then set the first dates.  ​

As your coach, I will support you in reflecting on your career to date. We talk about your values in life, your goals and visions and what it takes to achieve them.

 

Since March 2020 I have been working mainly as an Online Coach. This has the advantage that you may also get to know some new online tool that I use in online business coaching .

 

Of course, personal coaching is also possible. These take place mainly in Prague, Nuremberg, Dresden, Leipzig and Austria. But also in another German city upon request.

My coachings are completely tailored to you and your needs. You can be sure: After this Coaching process you will have a very clear understanding and plan about your next steps and be strong, affirmed and motivated.

1 Session: 120 EUR

4 Sessions: 450 EUR

When buying 8 Sessions, you will receive the LINC Personality Profiler Test for free:  950 EUR
